Village at Deaton Creek is a Del Webb community located in Hoschton, Georgia off of Friendship Road, next to the newest Northeast Georgia Hospital.  This guard gated community of approximately 1140 homes was started in 2006 and completed in 2015 so resale homes are available.  There is one street of "villas" which are ranch duplex homes and  the rest of the homes are single family homes with single level living.  Some homes may have a loft or basement in addition to the main level.
